How to customise customer-level reminder emails
You can customise reminders at a customer level, so that individual customers receive specific messages, or only certain reminders. You can, of course, also turn off reminders completely for individual customers.
To customise individual customer’s email reminders, go to the Customers page, then click on the customer’s name. You will see the following pop-up:
Click on the “Customise” ink highlighted in the red box above. From there you follow the same process as customising account-wide Reminders, with the difference that changes will only apply to that customer.
